3 Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers registered on the platform must:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date business information.
• Deliver services professionally and to the best of their abilities.
• Respect customers' privacy and keep personal details confidential.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malawi.

4 Prohibited Activities

Users and service providers must not:

• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or providers.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Access or use another individual's Lumikiza account.

5 Payments

• Any fees charged directly by Lumikiza for platform use must be paid in full.
• Payments made for actual services rendered are completed directly between the customer and the service provider. Lumikiza does not handle these funds.

6 Ratings and Reviews

Customers may rate and review providers honestly. Lumikiza reserves the right to remove fake, abusive, threatening, or misleading reviews.

7 Account Suspension

Lumikiza reserves the sole right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or disrupt platform integrity.

8 Disclaimer

Lumikiza helps connect customers and providers but does not guarantee:

• The quality or standard of services provided.
• The real-time availability of service providers.
• The final outcomes of any services arranged on the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

Lumikiza is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from agreements made directly between users and service providers.

10 Privacy

Lumikiza respects your privacy and will collect and handle personal information in strict accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to These Terms

Lumikiza may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are made indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
